Serving Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills & Nellie Gail

FAQ

Q: What areas do you serve?

A: For dog walking and drop-in visits we currently serve the Aliso Viejo, Laguna Niguel, Laguna Hills and Nellie Gail areas of Orange County, CA

For overnight sleepovers we serve all the above areas as well as Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita and Laguna Woods, CA

Q: Do you board animals?

A: We offer in-home pet sitting services, where we come to your home to care for your furry family members. We feel this is the best way to care for your pets as they remain in their comfortable, and familiar environment. This keeps your pet calm and relaxed, as opposed to the stress caused by being cooped up in a small kennel, at a boarding facility. In addition, this assures your animal gets the one-on-one time and attention he or she deserves.

Q: Do you stay overnight?

A: Absolutely! If you need us to sleepover we are more than happy to! Whether it be for an extended period, or just one night, we will be there to keep your furry friend company. Just say the word and we will roll out our sleeping bag!

Q: Will the same person care for my pet every time?

A: We think it’s extremely important that your pet feels comfortable, and seeing a familiar face will certainly help with that!

If you are scheduled for regular visits or dog walks, it is highly likely that the same sitter will care for your pet each time, but will always depend upon availability. We do our best to schedule the same sitter, and every now and then this can mean that alternating days, or times may be necessary.

If you are interested in an overnight sleepover or extended stay sleepover, one sitter will stay with your pet for the entire duration of the visit. However, if you have scheduled multiple, separate overnight sleepovers, the sitter may alter depending upon availability.

We do our very best to schedule the same sitter you love every time, but on the rare occasion your sitter is not available for the preferred time period, we will designate one of our other sitters to care for your furry friend(s). Prior to doing so we will first schedule a meet and greet to make sure that both you and your pet feel comfortable with the sitter.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes! We are bonded and insured!

Q: My pet needs medication. Can you administer meds?

A: Absolutely. Should your pet require them, we can administer virtually any medication including SubQ fluids, as well as give insulin shots.

Q: Can you bring in the mail?

A: Of course! Just as we will care for your pets as if they were our own, we will also do the same for your home. Upon request, at no extra charge, we will bring in your mail and trash cans. We will also water any plants, turn on/off lights, open/close blinds, and turn on/off radios or TVs. We do all of these things to ensure your house appears as though you are still home. Lastly, you can be sure we will leave your house in the same condition we found it, if not better! We are clean, we are organized and we are efficient. Your home, as well as your pet(s), are in great hands with us!
